Mr. Ayo Olowookere is a senior ﬁnance executive with over 16 years of experience in credit and lending, real estate and development ﬁnance, SME fund management, post ﬁnance business advisory services, accounting & audit, financial planning & budgeting, restructurings, business development and project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (second class upper division) in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Lagos (2002). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Ayodele Olowookere is currently Managing Director of Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank. Prior to this time he was the Managing Director of Omoluabi Mortgage Bank and had worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at ARM investment as well as an Associate at KPMG where he started his professional career in 2003.
Ronke Akinleye obtained a B.Sc in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
She has over 15 years of mortgage banking experience which cuts across marketing, relationship management, credit underwriting, and product development. She has attended various training over the years. She started her banking career as an Executive Trainee in Mustard Seed Mortgage Bank and later joined Global Trust Savings & Loans (a subsidiary of IGI Group) in 2004.
In 2006, she moved to Oceanic Homes Savings & Loans Limited (a subsidiary of Oceanic Bank International Plc.) as the Credit & Mortgage Officer. She later joined Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank as a Banking Officer in 2007. She is currently a Manager heading the Commercial Mortgages Group of the bank.
Mr. Azani holds a Diploma in Accounting & Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics both from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Management & Finance from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom.
He started his mortgage banking career with Midwest Savings & Loans before joining Finacorp Building Society which later became Mortgages PHB Limited under the former Bank PHB Group; he worked as the Internal Control Officer and subsequently headed the Financial Control Unit.
Mr. Azani joined GTHomes Limited in 2009 as the Financial Control Officer, left for a stint with Dwellings Realty, Birmingham United Kingdom and later Pistis Management Consulting Services in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria as the Lead Consultant.
He rejoined Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited in 2014 as the Head, Enterprise Risk Management Unit where he nurtured the unit to full operation before being assigned the role of Acting Group Head, Corporate Coordination & Strategy in 2015.
He has attended various professional courses both locally and abroad and has written some peer reviewed academic journals on Corporate Governance, Ownership & Control published in Sumy, Ukraine.
Adeniyi Odeyale is a consummate banker with decades of professional experience in the financial services industry. He has key expertise in Banking Operations, Customer Service Management, Treasury Operations/Funds Management, Credit Administration and Quality Control. He presently heads the Operations Group of the Bank. Prior to joining GTHomes Limited in 2009, he was with Skye Bank Plc where he pioneered the operations at the Ajose Adeogun Branch, Victoria Island, Lagos. Adeniyi started his banking career with Afribank Plc in 1999 before moving to Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2000.
During his stint with GTBank, he was at different times in the Settlement Group and Transaction Services Group. Adeniyi has a strong interest in the delivery of quality service to customers and was at various times part of committees set up to drive quality and process improvement initiatives. He has won many awards as a result of his zeal for customer delight.
Adeniyi holds a Masters in Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ambrose Alli University. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Adeniyi has attended several professional and leadership training programmes over the years.
Idowu Kuti holds a B.A Degree in History and Diplomatic Studies from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHRi) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, USA.
Idowu is the current Group Head, Human Resources and Corporate Services of Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank and has acquired over 12 years of progressive work experience in the Financial Services Industry in Nigeria.
He started his career as a Marketing Executive with Unic Insurance in 2008 before joining the Credit department of AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria (A member of Access Holding Group, Berling Germany) in January 2010.
He transitioned into Human resources as an HR Generalist in July 2011 at AB Nigeria before joining Accion Microfinance Bank in October 2015 holding various positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ag-Head, Human Resources, and Lead, HR Business Partnering.
He worked in Crédit Afrique as the pioneer Head of Human Resources and Admin before joining Imperial Homes in October 2018.
Sunday is a graduate of Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti and MBA Finance from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. His professional membership includes the Associateship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He began his career in the Finance Department of NFI Insurance Company PLC in 2005 and later moved to AIICO Insurance Plc after consolidation in 2007, as Executive Officer and rose to the position of Senior Manager, Budget and Financial Reporting. As a management staff of AIICO Insurance Plc, he successfully led the implementation of integrated financial software and transition of the company from Local GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). Sunday joined Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance Company Limited in April 2014 as Senior Finance Manager. Where he pioneered the retail and procurement arms of the business and led the team that set-up the money-in process adjudged to be one of the most efficient in the insurance industry today.
He joined Imperial Homes as the Chief Finance Officer (Corporate Coordination & Finance) in March 2019.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo Univeristy ile-ife. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
He started his professional career in 2009 with KPMG Professional Services where he worked out of the Audit and Assurance services division before joining Wapic Insurance Plc in 2015 as a team lead in the Compliance and Internal Control Unit.
Michael joined Imperial Homes in 2018 as Group Head, Systems Control and compliance.
